Frequently Asked Questions
Absences
If your child is unwell and not able to attend please telephone the Nursery to let us know. Full fees are payable in advance and as they are non-returnable there can be no refunds for absences. If your child is feeling better later in the week they may attend on a different day if there is a place available. However, if your child contracts a childhood disease e.g. chicken pox and is absent for a longer period, half fees will be charged until they return to their normal sessions.
Cooked Meals
At present Lucker Nursery provides breakfast and snacks, we are working very hard to establish cooked meals both at lunch time and tea time. This will hopefully be up and running by Christmas 2007!
Babys
At the moment our minimum age of enrolment is 2 years of age, although we have had a number of enquiries for children under the age of 2 therefore we are making enquiries to attach a baby unit on the nursery. Please do not hesitate do fill out the enquiry form if you are interested as this will be used as evidence and support when the application proceeds.
